Shawna Oakes
Shawna has over 14 years of experience, bringing a well-rounded perspective from her prior roles as a retail broker and underwriter in the farm mutual and MGA space. Beginning her studies at Mohawk College, she has since earned her CIP, ACIP, CRM certificate, and RIBO Level 2 license. She is actively pursuing both the FCIP and RPLU designations and currently serves as a Councilor on the Insurance Institute of Ontario Hamilton/Niagara chapter’s board and acts as a Career Ambassador for the Insurance Institute of Canada.
