Jeff Hart
Jeff began his insurance career in 1993 and has gained considerable underwriting, brokering and management experience over the past 26 years.
The Founder and President of one of Canada’s leading Underwriting businesses, Jeff held a variety of roles and responsibilities within the firm, including managing retail broker and insurance company relationships, oversight and control of underwriting facilities and programs, and developing the overall vision and strategic direction of the Company.
In 2014, Jeff along with his executive management team lead the sale of the MGA, before launching Vailo in 2020.
Jeff’s responsibilities at Vailo are the overall management of the company, promoting the corporate culture and ensuring all key strategic objectives and agreements are delivered.
